I was simply not comfortable with having only one DSLR, with some upcoming weddings and always being used to having two bodies; the Nikon D40 made sense since it was cheap (relatively speaking), smaller and cleaner 6 MP sensor, 1/500th sec flash sync, and as I now see with my own eyes, excellent image quality.
I love diffused lighting, it's easy to find this time of year.
For those who are tuning in from afar, the memorial is for a 12-year-old girl who was murdered in Bridgewater by her own mother, the body was found on this spot.......Sad.
