Years ago, the Turners built a road that traverses to the top of the Tower Hill overlooking New Germany. They used it for logging. It's been years since I was up there, all the trees have grown up and obstruct the view of the village. Anyway, it's a nice walk and I wan to go back right to the end of the trail, perhaps I'll do that, tomorrow.
I am not always sure which lens is best for this sort of walking activity, the 70-300mm VR is good for getting details.
