I have been carrying around my third-party f/2.8 zooms looking for the opportunity to find some true photojournalism images and being ready for any kind of light. I anticipated the sun might be in an ideal spot if I was able to be in Mahone Bay at the right time, it turns out I was correct in my assumption.
The fast flash sync on the D40 is most desirable.
