Foggy Labour Day morning

I decided to take the Coolpix 8400 out for a spin, and test out how much faster my RAM upgrade works with the resultant NEF files from this camera. In absolute terms, the CP 8400 offers very good image quality and is better than most compacts even in today's market, important when you consider this is a 2004 model.

It does fall a bit short when compared to the DSLR, the dymanic range is more limited and you dare not go above ISO 100.

All in all, these look pretty decent for an old photographer like me!
