I processed this file, last night, sent it to the editor of the local newspaper, he emailed me back and said it would on the front page of the Lighthouse Log next week. I have had a few images appear there and in the Progress Enterprise; there is nothing wrong with some self-promotion!
My co-workers oohed and aahed over it, too, I guess it meets with the approval of more than a few people.
I took the photograph after recent heavy rains in New Germany, we have waterfalls just on the edge of the village limits, I love long shutter speeds to give that dreamy effect. My faithful D80 and AF-S 70-300mm VR was the ticket.
